Ok so the dice can roll 1 through 100. The hosts are betting that the roll will be below 55.
This means the chance of the host winning is 54 out of 100.
If these odds don't suit you then you can easily change them.
Your advert/spam message will be something like:
"Dicing 55x2 join Pvp Farm [Your Name]"
To change the game simply say something like:
"Dicing 60x2 join Pvp Farm [Your Name]"
This means if the number is 60 or above you lose. Below and you win.
Remember the more likely it is for you to win the less likely it is anyone else will win therefore not many people will play you, especially if there's a better deal around.
You can also offer better payouts or worse payouts so maybe:
"Dicing 45x1.5 join Pvp Farm [Your Name]" Means below 45 you win. 45 or above and they win: (Their bet)*1.5
